Convenient direct billing for your physiotherpay and chiropractic visits

Direct billing allows us to send the bill to your health insurance company directly and your behalf for your initial and follow-up visits. We will submit a claim for the cost of the appointment during your visit and they will the reimburse us directly. This is a great way to simplify the payment process reduce upfront costs for you.

We can't find this information out for you because your policy details are confidential between you and your insurance provider. It's best if you call your insurance company prior to your first visit and ask them how much they cover for an initial physiotherapy visit, and for follow-up visits. You should also ask them how much coverage you have in total for your benefit year.

We are only able to direct bill your primary benefits policy. We can't bill secondary policies except in the following cases: Both primary and secondary policy are with Sun Life, or both primary and secondary are with Green Shield.

An explanation of benefits (EOB) is a document that explains the coverage for your visits. It will indicate how much was covered and at what rate, and whether there was any deductible or co-pay. We upload this document to your account under the 'Documents' section. You may need this document to submit to your secondary plan.

Yes! But please check with your insurance provider about coverage for virtual visits. In our experience, most insurance companies regard virtual visits as exactly the same as in-person visits, but we would advise that you give them a call just to ensure they will cover them for you.
